We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver with behavioral care experience to provide oneonone support. This role involves assisting clients with daily needs, offering companionship, and helping them maintain dignity and independence. Responsibilities In this role, you will provide companionship and foster meaningful connections while assisting clients with personal hygiene and comfort care. You will also support light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment, prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual needs, and offer transportation for outings or appointments. Additionally, you will provide timely medication reminders to promote overall wellbeing and independence.
Benefits Competitive base pay:
$17.00 -$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA)
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate:
