We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) / Caregivers to join our growing team. What You'll Do As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide personalized, non-medical support based on each client's individual care plan.

Responsibilities may include:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Provide safe mobility, ambulation, and transfer assistance Assist clients with meal preparation, serving meals, and maintaining proper nutrition and hydration Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan and applicable regulations Provide companionship and meaningful interaction Assist with activities, hobbies, walks, games, conversation, and community engagement Provide dementia and Alzheimer's support when applicable Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Assist with errands, shopping, and other approved client needs Provide transportation or accompany clients to appointments and activities when assigned and authorized Observe and report changes in a client's condition, behavior, or overall well-being to the appropriate supervisor Maintain accurate and timely care documentation Protect client privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and supervisors Follow all High Country Care policies, procedures, safety standards, and individual care plans What We're Looking For We're looking for caregivers who are: Compassionate, patient, and genuinely enjoy helping others Dependable and punctual Respectful of each client's dignity, privacy, and independence Able to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility Able to follow a care plan and company policies Reliable and able to work independently in a client's home Comfortable working with older adults and individuals with disabilities Willing to learn and participate in required training Preferred Experience Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person .
