As a Group Home Staff, your specific areas of focus will include: assisting clients with their personal development and individual goals, assisting them with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), accompanying them to appointments, accessing the community with them, and more! You will have an incredible opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of the inspiring people we serve. Duties Assist clients with ADLs Assist clients with working towards their goals, which can include independent living skills, job skills, cooking, cleaning, exercise, developing healthy relationships, budgeting, etc. Assist clients with accessing the community and engaging in hobbies and activities that they enjoy Assist in planning and implementing daily programming that aligns with the clients interests, goals, and hobbies Model appropriate social skills and behaviors Document client progress towards goals Qualifications Must be 18 years old Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must maintain a valid drivers license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance/registration with a willingness to transport clients on a regular basis in your personal vehicle
