Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and attentive In Home Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to assist clients with daily living activities while ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring in-home support. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being. Help clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring as needed. Support clients in performing household chores, including light cleaning and meal preparation. Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to appropriate healthcare professionals. Follow care plans meticulously to ensure all client needs are met safely and effectively. Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and any incidents or concerns. Qualifications Prior experience in caregiving or home health assistance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills and patience. Ability to follow detailed care instructions and adhere to safety protocols. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare providers. Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required. Knowledge of basic health monitoring techniques and medication management is advantageous.
