As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / In-Home Caregiver, you will support our clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live their best lives as independently as possible. We are looking for dependable and hard-working people to our team. You will provide this support and guidance in their homes, in the community and sometimes with them at their place of employment. As you work side-by side with these individuals, your support is needed in many areas of daily living including shopping, meal preparation, transportation, budgeting, housekeeping/cleaning, personal hygiene assistance and supporting clients in community activities. You will use effective teaching and mentoring techniques to help participants to learn new skills and achieve goals in areas such as employment, money management, relationship building and finding recreational activities that they enjoy. We are currently hiring for three positions

• Part-Time
• with a set schedule Monday Wednesday Friday 9:30-3:30 and the potential for more hours each week (18 hours) Part-Time
• Mon, Tue, Wed and Fri for 4 hours in the morning.

(16 hours) Potential to lead to full time. We offer a competitive starting wage of $17/hr.
