Compensation Estimated Annual Earnings:

Up to $62,400 per year• Compensation is paid on an hourly basis, not as an annual salary.

Base Pay:

$26.00 per hour

Attendance Bonus:

Additional $4.00 per hour

Maximum Hourly Rate:

$30.00 per hour when all scheduled shifts are completed during the applicable pay period W-2 employment Full-time and Part-time opportunities available •Estimated annual earnings are based on a full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week. Actual earnings will vary depending on hours worked. What You'll Do As a Home Care Aide, you will provide non-medical assistance that helps clients maintain their independence at home.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene Helping with mobility and walking Light housekeeping and household organization Meal preparation and basic nutrition support Medication reminders (non-medical) Companionship and emotional support Assisting with daily routines and activities Reporting changes in a client's condition to the care team Qualifications Compassionate, patient, and dependable Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow care plans Reliable transportation (preferred based on assignment) Must be eligible to work in the United States Ability to pass a criminal background check Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required —training is provided. Pre-Employment Requirements Qualified candidates must successfully complete: Criminal background check Tuberculosis (TB) screening if required by state regulations or client requirements Any additional onboarding requirements applicable to the assignment Schedule Flexible scheduling Full-time and Part-time positions available Long-term assignments available Once a schedule is established, dependable attendance is expected Why Join Our Team?
