You will work directly with the individual and family to help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment while following the individual's established routines and person-centered support plan. Duties Assist with household tasks such as dishes, laundry, cleaning, and organizing. Provide transportation and support during community activities when applicable. Encourage communication, independence, and appropriate decision-making. Participate in activities the individual enjoys, including community outings and recreational activities. Support the individual through anxiety, sensory sensitivities, transitions, and challenging moments using calm and respectful approaches. Follow established routines, care instructions, and person-centered goals. Maintain appropriate documentation of services and report concerns or incidents as required. Maintain professional boundaries while developing a positive and trusting relationship with the individual and family. Work cooperatively with family members and the Angel Oak team. Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment. $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
