Job Responsibilities Resident Support & Care Implement individualized support and care plans. Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and basic personal care. Support medication assistance and follow proper administration documentation. Assist with meal preparation and household routines. Provide transportation for appointments and community activities. Respond to challenging behaviors calmly and professionally to ensure safety for all residents and staff. Position schedule details 20 hours/week Saturday 12 PM-8 PM Sunday 8 AM-8 PM Staff & Team Support Work collaboratively with other staff members and follow all company policies and procedures. Show leadership qualities and the ability to support peers and assist management when needed. Be available and flexible for schedule adjustments when necessary. Documentation Responsibilities Complete accurate documentation using our electronic record system. Record medication administration, incidents, and daily progress notes. Assist with supply management, household duties, and grocery coordination. Communication Communicate effectively with residents, families/guardians, and coworkers. Report any concerns or changes in resident status to management in a professional and timely manner. Growth Opportunity This is an entry DSP role with a development path into a House Manager position within 90 days for candidates who demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, reliability, and management potential. Qualifications Must have strong verbal and written communication skills. CNA experience is preferred. Experience in a group home or assisted living environment is a plus. Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations.
