Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred. Responsibilities Provide direct, person-centered support in the individual's home. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care as needed. Support communication, social, and independent living skills. Assist with community outings and activities. Follow the individual's ISP and established support strategies. Promote independence, safety, and well-being. Complete required documentation and progress notes. Maintain professional communication with supervisors and family members. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Spanish-speaking preferred. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
