We are currently seeking dependable and compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs)to join our growing team throughout Northern Virginia. Position Overview We are looking for caring, reliable, and professional PCAs who are passionate about helping individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, respectful, and committed to providing quality care while maintaining each client's dignity and independence. Schedule Availability Monday - Friday | Saturday & Sunday Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be available. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Provide toileting and incontinence assistance Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Provide meal preparation and assistance with eating as needed Perform light housekeeping related to the client's care Provide companionship and supervision Assist with errands and approved community activities when applicable Observe and report changes in the client's condition Follow the client's Plan of Care Complete accurate and timely daily documentation Maintain client privacy, dignity, safety, and confidentiality Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and other members of the care team Qualifications PCA certification/training that meets Virginia requirements Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred Current PPD/TB screening Previous home care or personal care experience preferred Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Ability to follow written care plans and instructions Compassionate and professional attitude Strong communication skills Must successfully complete all required employment screenings and background checks Must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently in a client's home Why Join Us?
