Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Assist with medication reminders. Provide specialized care for clients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory-related conditions. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations; document all care activities thoroughly. Assist with light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment for clients Skills Strong patient observation skills to detect changes in condition or behavior promptly Prior experience working in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or home healthcare settings.
