We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to join our team and provide support to individuals with disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting individuals with activities of daily living, providing transportation, and helping to develop and implement individualized plans. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be patient and compassionate, and have a strong commitment to helping others reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with activities of daily living. Provide guidance and support to individuals in order to promote independence and self-sufficiency. Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and recreational activities. Maintain a safe environment for individuals. Assist with medication administration and documentation. Develop and implement individualized service plans. Maintain accurate records of services provided.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
