Job Description
TriSource Staffing is seeking a full-time female Live-In Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a residential group home in Annandale, Virginia. The home supports middle-aged women, and we are looking for a compassionate, dependable professional who is committed to providing quality care and support. This is a sleepover/live-in position requiring residence on-site from Sunday evening through Friday morning . The home includes a private staff bedroom and staff bathroom for overnight accommodations. You are not paid for sleep time, but if a resident needs assistance in the overnight hours, you will clock in and out during that time.

Days Off:
Friday after 9:00 AM through Sunday at 8:30 PM Position Overview As a Live-In DSP, you will support residents with daily living activities, promote independence, and maintain a structured, safe, and nurturing environment. This position requires professionalism, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Provide skills training and daily living support Assist with morning and evening routines Maintain accurate documentation of activities and outcomes Ensure a safe and supportive home environment Transport residents as needed Demonstrate self-direction, accountability, and a strong work ethic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (proof required) Valid Driver's License with clean driving record Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilities Active CPR/First Aid Certification PPD completed within the past year Ability to work independently Must pass background check, drug screening, and reference verification
