You know what good support looks like. Come build a team that delivers it. At People Now Health, we support individuals with developmental disabilities, aging needs, and health challenges to live fuller, more independent lives. Our Direct Support Professionals do that work every day, in people's homes and out in the community. This role stands behind them. You will be responsible for up to ten individuals — knowing their goals, their families, and what a good day actually looks like for each of them — and for up to ten DSPs who deliver that support. You will spend your time in the field, not behind a desk: observing, coaching, and catching the small things before they become big ones. We are looking for someone who has already done the direct support work and already led a team doing it. We are looking for a leader who can hit the ground running. If you have carried both of those jobs, you will recognize this one immediately. What you'll own Your individuals — up to 10 Know every support plan and make sure the care delivered actually moves those goals forward. Stay in regular contact with families — at least monthly, and more when it matters. Write quarterly reviews that tell the truth about progress and get them filed on time. Your team — up to 10 DSPs Participate in DSP interview and hiring process. Orient new DSPs, complete their competency checklists, and observe them in the field every month. Coach in the moment — specifically, respectfully, and with follow-up. Run a weekly check-in with each person: what is working, what is not, what they need. Own the first 90 days for every new hire on your team. The record Review daily notes and hold the line on quality. A copied note is not a record of care. Recognize a reportable incident and escalate it immediately. Keep authorized shifts covered, because a missed shift is support someone did not receive. This role is right for you if You have done the direct support work yourself, and you have supervised people doing it. You could take over a team of ten next month without needing to be walked through it. You would rather coach someone through a hard shift than write them up for it. You are organized enough that deadlines do not surprise you. You stay calm when something goes wrong at 9pm on a Saturday. Families trust you, because you tell them the truth and then do what you said. Please read before applying This role travels. You will be in individuals' homes and out in the community most days, so you need a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance. You will also carry the on-call phone on alternating weeks, including evenings and weekends. When a serious incident happens, it has to be reported within 24 hours — that is not negotiable, and it does not wait for Monday. Please apply only if that rhythm works for your life. Quarterly review deadlines cluster in the first ten days after each quarter ends. Those weeks are heavier than the rest.
