WORKFOR A GREAT COMPANY!
- Will work directly with people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD) with the aim of assisting the individuals to become integrated into their community in the least restrictive environment.
- Assists individuals in leading a self-directed life and being a contributing member of their community.
- Assist with activities of daily living and encourage attitudes and behaviors that enhance community inclusion.
- Support the individuals at home, school, work, church, and other community places.
- Advocates for the individuals in communicating their needs, self-expression, and goals.
- Prefer candidates with prior experience.
- Background checks will be conducted per guidelines from the Commonwealth of Virginia.
