Job Description

Support Services of Virginia is seeking Direct Support Professional Relief staff in Danville to provide person-centered support to individuals with developmental disabilities in residential and community settings. We are looking for dependable, compassionate individuals who are flexible, community-minded, and committed to helping others achieve greater independence and quality of life. As a Direct Support Professional Relief, you will assist individuals with daily living activities while promoting community involvement, personal growth, and independence. You will help individuals maintain a balance between what is important to them and what is important for them, empowering them to live meaningful lives of their choosing. Schedule & Work Environment Support Services of Virginia provides services 24 hours a day. Direct Support Professional Relief staff provide coverage for day, evening, overnight, weekend, and other shifts as needed based on program and staffing requirements. Whether providing support at home or in the community, your work has a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of those you serve. Virtual interviews and training are provided through Zoom.
Compensation Starting pay:
