Flexible Responsibilities As a Personal Care Aide/Caregiver, you will: Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene. Provide companionship and emotional support to improve clients' quality of life. Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe lifting techniques when necessary. Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping to help maintain a clean and safe home environment. Support clients in maintaining their independence and dignity. Qualifications Applicants must meet the following requirements: Fluent in Spanish (required). Valid PCA Certification . Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. At least 1 year of caregiving experience with a home care agency, healthcare facility, or private-duty client. Experience providing care for a family member or relative is also valued. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand Spanish as required for the position.
