•Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

•As a Community Engagement DSP, you will provide support to adults with developmental disabilities as they participate in meaningful activities in the community.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting individuals with community outings, recreational activities, and social events. Helping individuals build independent living, communication, and social skills. Encouraging community inclusion, choice, and participation based on each individual's goals and interests. Providing transportation to community activities, as needed. Documenting services and communicating with the support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in the community and empowering others to live more independent, fulfilling lives.

Requirements:

High School diploma/ GED 1 year experience working with adults with Developmental Disabilities Able to pass criminal/registry background checks and tuberculosis screening First Aid/CPR/AED Certification Strong communication and time management skills Reliable transportation and auto insurance Medication Management certificate.
