Job Description RSVP, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and reliable part-time Job Site Trainer/Direct Support Professional to provide on-site support to one individual with a disability at their place of employment. This person has been successfully employed at their current position and requires minimal skills training — the focus is on offering redirection when needed and being a consistent safety support in the workplace.

What You'll Do:

Provide on-site support to ensure continued success and safety on the job Offer reminders and redirection to keep tasks on track Serve as a safety support and point of contact for any concerns that arise at work Communicate regularly with supervisors, family members, and other stakeholders as needed Maintain basic documentation of daily support activities Why Join RSVP, Inc.? Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; experience supporting people with disabilities preferred Pleasant and professional demeanor Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver's license Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
