Job Introduction This role carries a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR) for the applicant to be FEMALE, as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 First Option Healthcare are a Complex Care provider who specialise in providing care to Children & Adults with Complex needs in their own home. You'll deliver personalised care to our clients to help maintain dignity & self-worth and promote independence. We are looking for Healthcare Assistants to work on one of our adult packages based in PE38, Norfolk. Our client is a 66 year old male who lives at home.

Shifts Available:

Up to 3 x 13 Hour Day Shifts p/week

Weekends Working Hours:

08:00

•21:00

Experience Required:

Spinal Injuries (Adults) Autonomic Dysreflexia (Having an understanding of this is

ESSENTIAL

)

Main Responsibilities :

Provide 1:1 care to service users in their own home Moving & Handling via a Hoist Medication Management Build rapport with family members and other staff members Making sure care plans are followed accordingly
