Job Overview We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate experience in various care settings, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and community home care. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals in need of personal care, ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Notably, the client has expressed a preference for an older aide for this case. Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist with medical appointments.
• Prepare and serve meals.
• Aid in selecting appropriate clothing.
• Support clients with laundry tasks.
• Facilitate transportation for store runs and church attendance. Experience
• Prior experience in caregiving or related fields, such as nursing homes, retirement communities, or long-term care facilities, is preferred.
• Familiarity with first aid practices is advantageous.
• A background in personal care homes or assisted living environments will be considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential for establishing rapport with clients and their families.
