Part-Time Evening In-Home Support DSP, Goochland County Are you patient, dependable, and looking for meaningful part-time work close to home? Amore Care Supports is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support an adult in their home in Goochland County. This is a weekday evening position, about 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, after the individual returns from day program. You will help with the evening and bedtime routine and work on building independence, communication, and social skills. What you'll do Support dinner, chores, personal care, and bedtime routines Teach daily living skills step by step Help with communication and social skills Complete simple daily notes What we're looking for 18+, high school diploma or GED Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Able to pass a background check CPR/First Aid or willing to obtain Experience with developmental disabilities is a plus, but we will train the right person Why Amore Care Supports Nurse-led agency with hands-on support from leadership Small caseloads and consistent one-on-one assignments Paid training Steady weekday evening schedule
