Male Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Part-Time. Shalom Life Care Solutions LLC is hiring a dependable and compassionate male Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support to an individual with developmental disabilities. We are seeking someone who can serve as a positive male role model while encouraging independence, social skills, healthy routines, and community involvement. The work is required to start on 10/02/2026.

Schedule :

Monday-Friday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM 20 hours/week Consistent weekday schedule Responsibilities Provide one-on-one support according to the individual's support plan. Serve as a positive role model and encourage independence. Participate in community outings and activities. Provide transportation/accompaniment to community activities when needed. Support daily living and social skills. Promote safety and appropriate decision-making. Complete required service documentation. Communicate professionally with the individual's family and support team.

Qualifications :

DSP, caregiver, or developmental-disability experience preferred. Reliable, patient, and responsible. Good communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred/required for community activities. Must complete required background checks and training. Pay & Mileage Competitive pay + mileage reimbursement for approved work-related mileage.
