Divine Homes Healthcare Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our part-time team in Reston, VA. Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, bathing, and other activities of daily living (ADLs) Support community integration by accompanying clients to appointments, outings, and social activities Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately Administer medications and monitor health conditions per care plan guidelines Encourage skill-building, independence, and self-advocacy among clients Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment Communicate effectively with supervisors, family members, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in direct support, caregiving, or a related healthcare field preferred CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
