We are seeking individuals who have a passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and helping them live safe, meaningful, and independent lives in a residential/group home setting.

Available Shifts:

Evening:

3:00 PM

•11:00

PM Day Weekend:

9:00 AM

•9:00 PM (Every Other Weekend)

Overnight:

11:00 PM

•8:00

AM Weekend Overnight:

9:00 PM

•9:00 AM (Every Other Weekend)

DSP Responsibilities Include:

Assisting individuals with daily living activities Providing support according to each individual's ISP Completing required daily documentation Supporting community activities and appointments Assisting with meals and household responsibilities Medication assistance, when applicable and properly trained Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment We are looking for candidates who are reliable, patient, compassionate, professional, and able to work as part of a team .
