Williamsburg, VA 23185 Better Days Home Health, an established home care agency in Hampton Roads, is hiring compassionate Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to deliver "The Better Days Difference"—care that feels like family. We're seeking dedicated individuals with dementia experience (required) to join our supportive team and enhance lives in our community.Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, meal prep)
- Provide heartfelt companionship and emotional support
- Support mobility, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Monitor and document client health and care details
Requirements:
- Compassionate approach and strong communication skills
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Commitment to serving the Hampton Roads community
