Looking for a fun and supportive team to join? Ethan Allen Residence is currently seeking a reliable full time or part time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. We're dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents, and we'd love for you to be a part of it! The full-time opportunity is for our day shift or evening shift . Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to residents in a long-term care setting.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents with mobility using proper techniques and equipment.
- Ensure residents' safety and well-being at all times.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents. Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different care settings
- Basic understanding of caregiving principles
