Job Description
The pay for this position is $22-$25 per hour. $750 sign-on bonus Starting with 3 weeks of vacation and 1 week of personal time (pro-rated) plus 12 sick days and 9 holidays per year! As a DSP, you will use your creativity and people skills to support individuals living with developmental disabilities to achieve their desired goals and grow their independence. We want to hear from you if you have: Experience working with individuals with co-occurring autism and mental health challenges is critical. This position requires someone with willingness to tolerate potentially disturbing narratives and verbal threats while displaying an unbiased perspective, emotional resilience, empathy and patience. Flexibility, positive attitude, strong organizational and customer services skills; Desire to be part of an energetic team; Ability to collaborate with persons served, their families and/or other important people in their life, and colleagues in a team environment; A Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation; and A High school diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
