Our Assistants are cross-trained team members who help guide the patient experience from check-in through checkout while supporting clinical care, specialty services, optical, and patient education. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, loves working with people, takes initiative, and is comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day. Assistants play a key role in supporting services such as Myopia Management, Dry Eye, Specialty Contact Lenses, and Vision Therapy.
