Job Description
Chesterfield Health Services Since 1996, has been the leader for In-Home Healthcare services. We are looking for enthusiastic and caring people to work with the elderly, disabled and veteran population in the Ellensburg, Yakima and Goldendale area of Washington.

!!COMPETITIVE WAGES
- Starting wage is $23.61 per hour ($23.86 with certification) Weekend differentials (+.50/hour for weekend shifts / high need differentials (+.20/hour dependent upon task) / mileage reimbursement
- (current IRS rate) Pay Scale Placement with proof of cumulative hours.
PAID TRAINING
- We assist you in the enrollment for your Basic training, and help walk you thru the credentialing process with the WA State Department of Health
- all required training is paid for, in addition to the initial HCA testing.

Ability to perform basic duties of the job- Basic job responsibilities may include: assistance with walking, transfers, eating, toilet use, dressing, personal hygiene, bathing, meal preparation, housework, and laundry, shopping, transportation, telephone use and companionship. Care needs range from high medical needs to low social needs.
- Must be able to successfully pass a Washington State background check
- Lift and Carry 35lbs (and demonstrate proper use of body mechanics while bending, twisting and lifting)
