Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Job Coach/Direct Support Professional to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal and professional goals. In this vital role, you will provide personalized coaching and support to help clients develop essential life skills, secure employment, and support independence. • Build and maintain relationships with clients, support circles, employers, and stakeholders
• Develop individualized Employment Plans aligned with client strengths and goals
• Assist with resumes, job searches, and interview preparation
• Connect with employers to facilitate job placements and advocate for client opportunities
• Provide on-the-job coaching, task training, and support with workplace expectations
• Deliver retention services to promote long-term success
• Maintain accurate case notes and progress reports per county and organizational requirements
• Participate in team meetings, planning sessions, and ongoing training
• Travel within the Leavenworth - Wenatchee area to meet clients and employers; provide client transportation as needed
• Ensure compliance with organizational and legal policies Qualifications
• At least 21 years old; high school diploma or GED required (college experience preferred)
• Valid Washington State driver's license and reliable daily transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills; familiarity with Microsoft 365 or willingness to learn
• First Aid and CPR cards or training within 45 days of employment
• Food Handler's card or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment
• Completion of Form I-9 and ability to pass a WA State criminal history background check Preferred
• Bilingual

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
