Job Description
(Swing Shift 3pm-11pm)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow a care plan and report on completed task
- Assist with ADL'S
- Provided routine house cleaning
- Assist client with administration of medications
- Observe and report and change in client's condition
- No client lifting/transfers
- Preparation and service of meals
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have NAR, CNA or HCA certification
- Pass a criminal background check
- Ability to work with limited supervision and follow written/verbal instructions
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
- Must be able to lift 25lbs
- Must be able to work weekends
