What You'll Do As a Personal Care Assistant at Helen's Home II, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance their quality of life. Helping with mobility and ensuring a safe environment, including lifting up to 50lbs when necessary. Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior to the appropriate team members. Supporting residents with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other daily activities. What We're Looking For We're seeking a caring and dependable individual who meets the following qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field. Must be 18 years of age or older . Ability to lift up to 50lbs as part of daily tasks. Must pass a background check to ensure the safety and well-being of our residents.
