This role is ideal for a dependable, compassionate caregiver who is ready to take the next step into leadership while continuing to make a direct impact in clients' daily lives. If you have caregiving experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others remain independent in their own homes, we'd love to meet you.

Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do Provide personal care and in-home support to clients Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship Support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes Mentor, train, and support caregivers, including assisting with new staff onboarding and ongoing training Coordinate and assist with caregiver scheduling in collaboration with the office team Participate in an on-call rotation with another Lead Caregiver to support client needs and caregiver training Attend in-office meetings one day per week to support scheduling and operational alignment Travel to serve clients within the Waukesha, Lake Country, and Eagle/Mukwonago areas Required Qualifications Previous caregiving experience required Leadership, mentoring, or training experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Reliable transportation required Must be able to work with clients within Waukesha, Lake Country, and Eagle/Mukwonago areas Must be available for a flexible schedule, including on-call rotation, weekends, and holidays Ready to Apply?
