Concierge Requirements:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. Proficient with Microsoft Office and general PC use 2-3 years of experience in reception, hospitality, or senior living preferred Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally Ability to walk throughout the building daily as needed Strong interpersonal skills; able to engage with residents, families, and visitors Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision What you'll do as a

Concierge:

Greet and assist visitors, manage sign-in, provide directions, answer questions, and handle resident deliveries. Support residents with programs, outings, reminders, and day-to-day non-care needs. Communicate with residents, families, and staff via phone and Microsoft Outlook, and provide administrative support including lobby displays, shared files, and guest reservations. Assist with light housekeeping in common areas
