We are a small, home-like adult family home with four female residents who require assistance with all activities of daily living (ADLs). We provide a warm, supportive, and family-oriented environment for both our residents and staff.

Position Details:

Pay:

$18-$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time positions available

Residents:

Four female residents

Setting:

Small, home-like adult family home

Experience:

Caregiving experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygieneProviding assistance with mobility and transfersAssisting with medications as permitted by training and regulationsPreparing and serving mealsMaintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable homeProviding companionship and meaningful interactionFollowing individual care plansCompleting required documentationAssisting with laundry and household tasksMonitoring and reporting changes in residents' needs or conditionTreating all residents with dignity, kindness, patience, and respect
