Direct Support Professional - Overnight weekend shift (10p-8a)and Wednesday 2p-10pm OR Weekend Day Shift 8a-4p Saturday and Sunday Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of others? What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals with the following qualifications:- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Positive attitude and an empathetic nature.
- Patience and a calm demeanor in all tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Capability to lift up to 40 lbs. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
- Successful completion of a caregiver background check and drug test.
