Fill-in PCA Personal Care Assistant

This position is fill-in only. I am looking for someone dependable and with open availability to cover shifts when my regular team members need scheduled time off or to call in an emergency. Hello! I am an active, 41-year-old, disabled woman who loves nature, design, gardening, music, movies, and all the animals! I live with a disease called Spinal Muscular Atrophy, which means I use a power wheelchair for mobility and need assistance with most physical aspects of life. I am looking for a backup personal care assistant join my current team of 5 and help me stay independent. No experience necessary!

Assistance includes:

transfers toileting meal prep & feeding feeding the dogs light housekeeping driving me in my accessible van

Requirements:

Open availability A valid driver's license and own transportation A background check (you will be hired through an agency) Must love dogs (a sweet senior pit bull lives here) Reliability and punctuality An easygoing personality
