We are seeking a Home Health Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate Hospice team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to patients and families during end-of-life transitions, ensuring comfort and dignity every step of the way. What You Do Work 0.8 FTE. 64 hours bi-weekly Provide care during 8-hour day shifts Participate in on-call rotation every 4th weekend and 1 holiday per year What You Need High School Diploma or equivalent Completion of a Home Health Aide/CNA program meeting state and federal requirements for placement on the WI & MN State Home Health Aide Registry upon hire Minimum of 1 year CNA experience in acute care, nursing home, or home health agency WI Registered Certified Nursing Assistant upon hire and MN Registered Certified Nursing Assistant within 90 days of hire BLS CPR certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross with hands-on learning Valid driver's license
