Your dedication and caring nature will make a meaningful difference in her life as a young adult with diverse needs. This rewarding role involves providing personalized support, fostering independence, creating a safe, engaging environment for individuals that promotes independence, and supports interaction etiquette. As a vital member of our caregiving community, you will help promote well-being, encourage social interaction, and assist with daily activities to enhance quality of life. Duties Provide direct support in being a companion to member Engage in everyday life skills Participate in community events, go on outings Qualifications Prior experience working with people with behavioral issues. Strong communication skills of encouragement. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients compassionately and collaborating effectively. Wage $16.32 per hour
Hours:
