Job Description
Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, with experience in detailed finish work and the ability to work on diverse projects, including cabinetry installation. As a Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality craftsmanship in custom residential settings, ensuring that all installations meet design specifications and client expectations. While this role is primarily finish carpentry and cabinet installation, willingness to complete tasks outside of regular finish work is crucial as there may be times where projects require taking on other aspects of the project (i.e. demo, deck building, beam installation, etc.). A positive attitude and willingness to do "whatever it takes" to bring the customer's vision to life are both beneficial as all roles in our company do have some crossover and flex beyond the normal definition of each role. Duties
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site.
- Assist other employees with their work as needed.
- Strong communication and Always on time.
- Must take pride in your work.
- Must know New Construction Finish Work. Two + years experience is ideal.
- Interior Door Installation.
- Installation of Casing on Doors & Windows.
- Installation of Base Trim.
- Installation of Cabinetry.
- Installation of Finished Stair Systems.
- Other duties as assigned.
