- coordinate supports, activities, and recreation tailored to client needs Champion health & wellness
- schedule and attend medical appointments, ensuring clients stay healthy and supported Lead with purpose
- mentor and train staff, foster teamwork, and encourage professional growth Drive smooth operations
- oversee scheduling, payroll, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance Step in when needed
- provide direct support to ensure consistency of care and coverage Protect and empower
- manage client assets responsibly, ensuring safety and transparency
What We're Looking For Education/Experience:
Associate degree in Human Services OR at least two years of related experience
Skills:
Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication (both written and verbal)
Independence:
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Requirements:
