Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional care and support to our clients who require assistance with daily living activities. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about helping others and are committed to delivering high-quality care.

Duties:

• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while promoting independence and dignity.
• Provide personal care, including incontinence care, and assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
• Administer medications and manage treatment plans in accordance with client needs and provider instructions.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
• Implement behavior management strategies as directed by the care plan
• Assist with household chores, meal preparation, and housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor clients' vital signs, report changes, and document care activities.
• Lift and transfer clients as necessary, adhering to safe lifting practices.
• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with clients, their families, and other caregivers.

Qualifications:

• Experience in senior care, home care, or working with elderly people
• Ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
• Familiarity with ADLs (activities of daily living) and the ability to assist with these tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to client confidentiality guidelines.

Skills:

• Strong care skills and the ability to provide compassionate support
