Home Health Aide & Caregiver

Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide & Caregiver to provide exceptional in-home care and support to individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor and observe patients' health status Support clients with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and assist with meal planning and preparation. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing client spaces. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care plans are followed accurately. Provide emotional support and companionship to promote mental well-being and social engagement. Requirements drivers license reliable transportation and vehicle insurance required Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication skills within a team environment. Compassionate attitude coupled with strong organizational skills for managing multiple clients' needs effectively.
