Watertown Area ```Duties```

• First shift and second shift available, every other weekend required.
• Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
• Follow care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times ```Requirements```
• Able to move to between multiple homes during the day to assist multiple members

• MUST BE ABLE

  to get around Watertown from home to home during your shifts. You will be required to work at more then one home per day.
• Must be physically capable of assisting with transfers
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
