Job Description
- Overview
- We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory procedures, quality control, and possess knowledge of molecular biology. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a research laboratory setting.
- Duties
- Conduct various laboratory tests and experiments following standard procedures
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Utilize laboratory techniques to analyze samples and results
- Work in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) guidelines
- Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and supplies
- Collaborate with team members on research projects
- Familiarity with animal physiology is a plus
- Experience
- Previous experience in an industrial laboratory setting is preferred
- Proficiency in molecular biology techniques
- Ability to analyze data accurately and efficiently
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and data interpretation
- Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Medical Lab Technology
- ASCP certification, preferred
