What are we looking for? The Laboratory Technician is responsible for materials testing processes, handling and preparing samples, and providing written analysis in a laboratory environment. The ideal candidate for the Laboratory Technician role will have a desire to work in learning environment, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and/or in a team setting.

What you'll do: The Laboratory Technician will report to the Laboratory Manager and is responsible for supporting lab operations on a day-to-day basis Receipt samples, Log in and sorting samples Crushing and splitting samples Completes pulverization sample preparation Performs test charges for testing Conducts bottle roll testing on samples Utilizes column testing techniques Documents results of testing and investigations in technical reports Other duties as assigned This position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details.
