Develops technical skills while learning established test methods under the guidance of experienced technicians. Core Responsibilities Technical Learning & Support Assist Testing Technicians and Senior Testing Technicians with routine golf ball testing activities. Learn established test methods and laboratory procedures through hands-on training. Prepare golf balls, fixtures, and equipment for scheduled testing. Record test data accurately using established documentation procedures. Learn proper operation of laboratory equipment under supervision. Laboratory Operations Maintain clean, organized, and safe laboratory work areas. Perform basic equipment cleaning and routine upkeep. Assist with inventory, supplies, and sample management. Follow all laboratory safety procedures and standard operating practices. Quality & Accuracy Demonstrate attention to detail while following written test procedures. Identify obvious equipment or testing issues and notify experienced team members. Complete assigned work accurately while meeting expected quality standards. Learning & Development Build proficiency in standard golf ball testing equipment. Demonstrate continuous improvement in technical knowledge and laboratory skills. Accept coaching and apply feedback to improve performance. Develop proficiency with basic software tools such as Excel and laboratory data systems. Teamwork Work cooperatively with technicians, engineers, and supervisors. Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and accountability. Support team objectives by completing assigned work safely and efficiently. Autonomy Perform routine assignments under close supervision. Follow established procedures and seek guidance when unfamiliar situations arise. Gradually increase independence as training milestones are achieved. Experience 0 2 years of laboratory, manufacturing, quality, or technical experience. Technical education or relevant coursework may be substituted for experience. #LI
