Job Description

The Inventory Quality Control position is responsible for supporting accurate outbound order fulfillment by auditing orders, verifying LPNs, items, and quantities, identifying variances, and ensuring product quality standards are met before orders are completed. This role operates QC equipment, communicates discrepancies to the appropriate inventory control team members, supports daily reporting accuracy, and helps maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. The Inventory Quality Control II also supports training on QC processes and works collaboratively with warehouse teams to help achieve operational goals.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Responsibilities Required to be able to operate QC conveyor machine. To verify and audit outbound orders. Must verify LPN, item, and quantity. Report any variances found to IC Clerk and/or Lead so that variances can be corrected and reported before completing audit of LPN. Additionally, confirm product has no damages and to report any if found so that product can be replaced. Report any quality issues you find to IC manager. Ensure all daily reporting is sent with accurate information. Must have ability to perform training on all QC process. Ensure QC areas are clean and free of debris to ensure work areas are safe to operate in. Good organization and business administration skills, attention to detail, willingness to improve. Must have experience with MS Excel, Outlook applications. Ensure all safety procedures are followed and report all unsafe behavior. Work in tandem with various departments and maintain flexible attitude supporting all the work that helps in achieving organizational goals. Requirements Previous experience in inventory control, quality control, warehouse operations, order auditing, or a related distribution environment preferred. Ability to operate QC conveyor equipment and follow established quality control processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to verify LPNs, item numbers, quantities, and product condition accurately. Ability to identify and report inventory variances, product damage, quality issues, and unsafe conditions in a timely manner. Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to train team members on QC processes and support continuous improvement efforts. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Commitment to following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized work area.
Pay and Benefits:
US$20.75 - US$21.00 Hourly Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
