• Progressive cosmetics and OTC drug company located in Hayward is looking for a motivated, individual to fill the position of Quality control laboratory technician.

This is a full time career position, with good pay and plenty of opportunity for advancement. This individual must have good personal and verbal skills, be familiar with most Microsoft database systems. A bachelors degree in a science related field is preferred, and be willing to learn new concepts.

Requirements:

Ability to learn new ideas and procedures and have a good sense of smell and cosmetic aesthetics. Must be well versed in Microsoft office and have a degree in chemistry, biology or related field. Our quality control technician will be

• Performing routine laboratory and microbiological tests on finished products and components.
• Organizing and completing FDA and GMP paperwork
• Entering quality and production data into the database
